Return & Refund Policy

You can request our Return & Refund Service:

Within 30 calendar days of receiving, The product must not show any signs of product failure or damage caused by personal reasons such as improper installation or operation. Any signs of tampering or alteration of product labels, serial numbers, waterproof markings, etc.(In short, it should not affect the second sale)

Within 30 calendar days of receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.

Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:

Products not purchased from aeroband.net.

More than 30 calendars days after receiving a product.

A product sent to Aeroband for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition.

A legal proof of purchase, receipt or invoice is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.

Any fault or damage of the product is caused by personal reasons, such as improper installation or operation.

Product labels, serial numbers, waterproof marks, etc. show signs of tampering or alteration.

Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.

A product is not delivered to Aeroband within 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from Aeroband.

Other circumstances stated in this policy.

Return & Refund Instructions

If you would like to apply for a return and refund, please contact us within 30 calendar days of receiving your product(s).

Notes 

Before returning a package, please contact our customer service for the correct return address. Aeroband reserves the right to refuse any compensation if a customer returns a package to the wrong address, returns the wrong item, or submits an empty package.

 

Please contact Aeroband support at support@aeroband.net and send us detail information as below so that we can confirm your order and deal with your after-sale problems more quickly:

We will process your return and refund request within two business days of receiving your email. Customers can use their own shipping method to send back their returns, but for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx, or insured parcel post to send your return.

In addition, when you send the goods back, please be sure to send the logistics bill number of your return with the name of the logistics company to support@aeroband.net, if we do not receive the logistics bill number or the logistics bill number can not be correctly queried, we will consider that you did not return the goods correctly.

Refund Time

Refunds will be processed using the same method that was used to make the payment. The refund process will be completed in about 7-14 business days, depending on the bank or credit card issuer.

Return Shipping Costs

Aeroband shall bear the freight for return and replacement caused by product quality problems; For non-quality problems, customers need to pay for return shipping fee.

Proof of damage during transit issued by the carrier cannot be provided.

Replacement Instructions

If you would like to replace products, please contact our After-Sales team at www.aeroband.net/support within 30 calendar days of receiving the products.

 

We will process your replacement application within two working days after receiving your message. Customers may ship back returns with their own shipping methods however for your protection, we recommend using United Parcel Service (UPS), FedEx or insured parcel post for return shipments. Additionally, we recommend that customers who decide to make a return on their own request a tracking number from the shipper for their records.

Replacement Shipping Costs

Aeroband shall be responsible for the two-way replacement freight for any products sent in for replacement due to performance faults.

Warranty Policy

Aeroband offers one-year free repair warranty

Aeroband offers one-year free repair warranty. You can apply for our product warranty service if there is a performance failure during the effective warranty period.

Warranty Service will not be provided where

Natural product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.

If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
