Organized by Shenzhen Dale Somatosensory Technology Co., Ltd, trading as AeroBand(hereinafter referred to as "AeroBand")
Section I: Event Duration and Venue** - The AeroBand Raffle (hereinafter "Event") is scheduled from the 25th day of January to the 28th day of January, 2024, during the National Association of Music Merchants Show (NAMM Show) in the State of California.
Section II: Eligibility and Participation - This Event is exclusively open to bona fide attendees of the NAMM Show, who are in possession of a valid admission credential (hereinafter "Badge"). - Participation is restricted to individuals who have attained the age of majority, being eighteen (18) years of age or older. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a minor's entry shall be deemed valid when submitted under the supervision and consent of a legal guardian or adult custodian.
Section III: Entry Procedure - Prospective participants must present themselves at the designated AeroBand location, being Hall E, Booth #3431, and acquire one (1) raffle ticket. - The act of procuring and furnishing said raffle ticket with requisite personal identifiers, including but not limited to, name, mobile telephone number, and electronic mail address, shall constitute a formal entry into the Event. Each individual who completes an entry shall be referred to as an "Entry Holder."
Section IV: Prizes and Their Disbursement - The Event's prize pool includes, inter alia, ten (10) units of AeroBand Pocket Drum 2 Plus, each having a market value of $199 USD, and three (3) units of AeroBand Guitar, each valued at $569 USD, in addition to miscellaneous discount vouchers redeemable at Aeroband.net. - Prizes are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and shall not be redeemable for monetary compensation.
Section V: Selection and Notification of Winners - The determination of prize recipients shall be executed through a process of random selection from the aggregate of entries, which shall transpire at 17:00 Pacific Standard Time on the 25th, 26th, and 27th of January, and at 16:00 Pacific Standard Time on the 28th of January. - The presence of the Entry Holder is a sine qua non condition for prize eligibility at the time of the aforementioned draw.
Section VI: Terms of Prize Claiming - Winners will be publicly announced at the Event site and must validate their win through the presentation of their corresponding entry ticket. - In the event of the absence of a declared winner, a subsequent draw will ensue forthwith, continuing ad infinitum until an eligible, present winner is ascertained.
Section VII: Data Protection and Privacy - AeroBand hereby avows its commitment to the safeguarding of personal data collected during the Event. Such data shall not be disseminated to third-party entities sans explicit consent from the data subject.
Section VIII: Limitation of Liability and General Conditions - Participation is limited to one entry per individual Badge holder. - AeroBand disclaims all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Event or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. - All prizes are subject to the standard manufacturer's warranty and terms of use. - AeroBand reserves the irrevocable right to make any amendments, suspensions, or terminations of the Event, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
Section IX: Compliance with Legal Statutes - This Event is conducted in strict adherence to all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in this Event is null and void in any jurisdiction where it is prohibited by law.
