Aeroband Guitar Product Usage

2.What buttons does the Aeroband Guitar have, and what do they do?
On the Headstock:
- There are three buttons. The two round buttons adjust the pitch; you can raise or lower the pitch as needed. The long oval button lets you switch between different tones with a light press.
On the Side of the Guitar:
- There are two round buttons. The one with a microphone symbol can be rotated to adjust the microphone volume, and a light press will turn the loop mode on or off. When loop mode is on, the two round buttons on the headstock adjust the tempo, while the oval button switches between different rhythm patterns. The power symbol button adjusts the speaker volume with a rotation, and you can press and hold it to power the guitar on or off
3.How to power the guitar?How to use the Aeroband guitar?
Our guitar can be powered on with a single button press. After powering on, you can use the guitar on its own or pair it with an app and MIDI software.
4.How long can the guitar be used after a full charge? How long does it take to charge?
After a full charge, the guitar can be used for at least 10 hours.Fast Charging: 3-4 hours Slow Charging: 7-8 hoursWe do not provide a fast-charging adapter, so users will need to purchase one themselves. We recommend using an adapter with a power output of at least 20W.Charging Indicator:
- Slow Charging: The indicator light is orange.
- Fast Charging: The first two lights are red, and lights 3 to 12 are green. This indicator helps users distinguish between fast and slow charging.
5.Can the guitar use a capo?
Our guitar has a built-in capo function integrated into the buttons on the headstock. You can easily change the capo position using the buttons.
6.Is there a left-handed version of the guitar?
Not yet, but stay tuned!
7.Can I change the tuning, like drop C or lower the entire scale?
Yes, you can. In our app, you can freely adjust the tuning of individual strings without causing any damage. Our material structure is stronger than traditional guitars, so you don’t have to worry about the fretboard bending issues.
Aeroband Guitar Hardware
1. How is the guitar's string section constructed?
The left-hand section features a silicone fretboard with sensors, allowing for simplified chords and one-touch chord functionality. When used with the app, it can easily streamline your learning process. The right-hand section has real strings.
2.What ports does the Aeroband Guitar have?

3.Can Aeroband Guitar be used as a MIDI guitar?
Of course, you can use AeroGuitar as a MIDI controller or MIDI guitar. Connect the guitar to your computer and edit MIDI tracks in a Digital Audio Workstation (DAW).
4.Will the strings break? If they do, can they be replaced? Where can I buy replacement strings?
Our strings are made of steel, so they generally won’t break. If they do, you can replace them by following our instructional videos, which is much easier than with a traditional guitar. You can find replacement strings in the accessories section (this question can be skipped, as the accessories section should cover it).
5.Can the sound be adjusted based on the strumming force or intensity?
Yes, with our continuous updates and improvements, our OTA dynamic performance is excellent, perfectly recognizing your force and intensity.
6.How is the latency? Is there any delay compared to a normal guitar?
If no external devices are connected, our latency is no different from a traditional guitar. If you need to connect to a computer and use third-party software effects or DAW software, there will be a slight delay. We are working to resolve this.
7. How does it connect to MIDI?
You can connect it via the Type-C port.
8. Can it connect to an effects pedal?
No, it can't connect to traditional hardware effects pedals, but it can connect to software effects.
Aeroband Guitar Software
1. Where can I download the app?

- Or search for "Aeroband Guitar" in the Google App Store or Apple App Store.
2.How do I connect to the app?
Turn on the Aeroband Guitar, enable Bluetooth, and open the app. Then tap the Bluetooth icon in the top right corner, select your guitar, and connect.
3.What are simplified chords?
AeroBand guitar allows you to play E, D, C, G, Em, F, and A chords using one or two fingers. Users can customize the fingering for each chord. Connect via Bluetooth and set it up on the simplified chords page in the guitar panel.
4.How to use one-touch chords?
Download our app, connect the guitar to the app, and set it up within the app.
5.What MIDI software does it support?
It supports Logic Pro, Ableton Live 12 Suite, and all MIDI software available on the market

2.I am new to drumming, can I play PocketDrum?
Use this text to answer questions in as much detail as possible for your customers.
3.How to precisely hit the drums?
Please go through the instruction videos which are necessary for you to master the drumming skills of PocketDrum.
Please follow the calibration instructions in the app. You need to re-calibrate PocketDrum periodically, because different playing modes or long-time playing might render position recognition inaccuracies in PocketDrum.
4.How to re-calibrate?
Hold the drumstick and position your forearm and the back of your hand at the same level;Position the drumstick at the front of your belly;
Slightly tilt both drumsticks inside and meet the end points of the drumsticks at the 60o angel;Press the power buttons at the same time.
5.Does PocketDrum support Earphones or Speakers?
You can connect your headphones and speakers using an audio cable through the adapter. Of course, you can also connect via Bluetooth, but we do not suggest you to use Bluetooth earphones or Bluetooth speaker with PocketDrum for maximized performance and the lowest latency.
6.Can I personalize the locations of each drum?
We are still in the process of developing this functionality, which will be in the beta phase soon.
7.Does PocketDrum support left-hand mode?
Not yet, but we're currently working on it.
Aeroband Pocketdrum Hardware
1.About battery
The pocketdrum set is battery-powered, you can re-change it for more than 3000 times.
Battery Charging Time
It takes about 3 hours to charge up the batteries. When all lights stop flashing, indicating that the charge is full.
Battery life?
The adaptor can last for 5 hours for every charge, drumsticks can use them for about 9 hours.
No waterproof
All these parts does not waterproof, so please keep them from water.
2.What are the functions of the Adapter?
With the adapter, you can connect to the drum stick very easily. In this way, you can also output the sound to the speaker or even headphones.For professional player, if you are a Midi user, these drumstick can connect Music studio through the adapter.
3.What can I do with the Foot pedals?
With the foot pedal set, you can play High-hat on your left and Base drum on your right side.Also, if you want to play double bass drum, Click both volume up and down buttons in adapter for about 3 seconds, then you can just start to play.

1.How to download the Aeroband pocketdrum app?

2.What should I do if I cannot link my PocketDrum with the Aeroband app?
Please make sure that you are using the Bluetooth in the AeroBand app (not the Bluetooth in your device’s system).
If you are using a device with an Android system, you might need to turn on your GPS, but you can turn your GPS off after successfully linking your PocketDrum with the Aeroband app.
Please keep your PocketDrum as close to your device (the one downloaded with the AeroBand app) as possible.

4.How to connect my drumsticks with Aeroband?
After downloaded the Aeroband App, just open it , there is tutorial to follow. Remember to turn on bluetooth and loaction when connecting.
Payment
1.How can I pay the bill after checking out?
You can pay with PayPal, Visa Card, Credit Card and other Local Bank Account with international payment.
2.How can I pay with my coupon ?
Go to the checkout page, follow the steps and fill in the necessary information. There are “use coupon code” buttons on the order summary section.
Touse coupon code, click on “Use a Coupon code” and enter the coupon code you have in the blank column. Don’t forget to click on “Use Coupon” to continue the order.
3.Do I have to pay extra fees when I buy Aeroband products?
It depends on your payment method. If you are paying for your order with an international bank card, the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge foreign conversion fees. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for any questions regarding these fees. Extra charges will not be shown on your online order, and Aeroband does not take any responsibility for extra charges incurred while making payments with international bank cards.
4.What can I do if the payment for my order is declined?
If your payment has been declined, you will need to place your order again. We’re not able to reinstate an order once the payment has been declined. To help ensure your order is not declined when placing a new order we suggest checking the following:
Your order information (eg. phone number, email address) before submitting your order; if you are shipping to a business address, make sure to put your name on the order.
Card details to make sure the information is correct, e.g. the expiry date and your billing address.
Enter the correct security code - that's the three digit number on the backside of your card.
Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they don't tell us the reason for this, it's best to check with them.
If you have checked all of the above, try paying with another card or with another form of payment.
